How long does it take to process orders?
Generally it will take me anywhere from 1-3 days depending on certain factors.

Why do certain prints have a cheaper untracked shipping option, while others do not?
I primarily ship using Canada Post. Based on their rules, anything that exceed the 9"x12" shipping dimensions is automatically shipped as a parcel. This means that I cannot choose to ship any prints larger than this without tracked shipping. Please email me if this is a barrier for you and I can work something out!
How long will shipping take?
Depending on where the print is being shipped and the shipping method chosen, prints arrive anywhere from 2-7 days after being shipped. In general, within Canada, most prints have arrived no later than 3 days after being shipped, whether or not there is tracked shipping.
What is your return policy?
I make sure that the prints I send out are up to my standards and consistent across an edition. If you believe your print was damaged during shipping, or did not meet your expectations, please send photos of the damage by email ([email protected]) within 2 weeks of the shipping date and we can organize how to resolve the issue. Return processing timelines will take 1-2 days.
Why are dimensions approximate?
I print and tear/cut paper to size all by hand. I try to keep the dimensions as accurate as possible, but sometimes these will vary by 0.5" to 1". This adds to the uniqueness of the print.
I ordered a print with a colour gradient, but it looks different than the photo.
Due to the variations in ink mixing, I cannot always control the exact hue of the color. Additionally, although I try to color-correct my images of my prints to match what I see in real life, there will always be variations between what you see on the product image and what you'll see in real life.
How can I organize a commission from you?

I want a poster made for my band, what is your rate?
I generally charge $100 for a band poster. Again, can work something out if you have a smaller budget.
Can you screen print shirts or posters for me?
Yes!
